Meet the SLP

Jessica Fracasse M.S CCC- SLP TSSLD is the owner and lead practitioner of Spectrum Skills Lab and an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in empowering neurodiverse individuals through communication, social, and life skills development. She earned her Master’s in Speech Language Pathology from Columbia University and an Advanced Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders from Brooklyn College.

With experience as a high school speech therapist in the NYC Department of Education, Jessica has helped neurodiverse teens & young adults develop essential communication, social, and life skills. Her expertise includes AAC, language development, social-pragmatic skills, and transition planning for college, employment, and independent living.

Jessica is committed to neuro-affirming practices, ensuring that all individuals are supported in a way that respects their unique neurology, strengths, and communication styles. She believes in fostering self-advocacy, autonomy, and confidence while providing a safe and inclusive space for learning and growth.
